Mailing List Privacy Notice

This notice explains how MURASHITA, the music project of Masaki Murashita, handles information when you join the MURASHITA mailing list. For questions or requests, contact info@murashitamusic.com.

Information we collect and why

The registration form asks only for your email address. We use it to send release news, music videos and occasional exclusive updates from MURASHITA, and to manage your subscription. Registration is optional and is based on your consent. We do not sell your mailing list information.

Confirming your subscription

After you submit the form, we ask you to confirm your email address by clicking a link in a confirmation email. Your subscription is confirmed only after you complete that step. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails.

Our email service provider

We use Mailchimp, an Intuit service, to process registrations, manage the mailing list and deliver emails. Mailchimp may process your email address, subscription status, consent records and technical information such as IP address and registration time to provide and protect the service. Information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Email activity

We may use Mailchimp’s reports on delivery, email opens and link clicks to understand how our updates perform. You can stop receiving marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.

Retention and your choices

We keep mailing list information as needed to manage your subscription and respond to your requests. After you unsubscribe, limited records may be retained to respect your opt-out and document consent. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your mailing list information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
