TOLERANCE ZERO

PLANNED FOR JANUARY 2027

A new single and music video from the Heavy Metal × Sheet Metal project.

MURASHITA completed the Los Angeles shoot for “Tolerance Zero” in October 2026, reuniting with director Matt Zane. The project connects metal performance with Japanese sheet metal manufacturing.

The single and music video are planned for January 2027. The exact release date will be announced.

MURASHITA completes Los Angeles shoot for “Tolerance Zero” music video

MURASHITA, the solo metal project of former HEMOPTYSIS frontman Masaki Murashita, completed the Los Angeles shoot for the “Tolerance Zero” music video in October 2026, with director Matt Zane.

The recording features Masaki Murashita on guitars and vocals, Rodney McGlothlin on bass and Kevin Talley on drums.

The forthcoming release brings together metal performance and Japanese manufacturing through Heavy Metal × Sheet Metal. The track is mixed by Ryan Greene and mastered by Gene Grimaldi. The single and music video are planned for January 2027, with the exact release date to be announced.

MURASHITA is the solo metal project of Japanese guitarist, vocalist and songwriter Masaki Murashita. After fronting HEMOPTYSIS, Murashita went on to release the EP Inescapable Damnation (2015) and the singles “Depraved Sanctity” (2023) and “I’m Not Done Yet” (2024). His upcoming single, “Tolerance Zero,” marks the next chapter in Heavy Metal × Sheet Metal, a project connecting his music with Japanese metalworking. Its accompanying music video brings together performance footage and scenes of precision sheet metal fabrication in Japan. The single and video are scheduled for January 2027, with the exact release date to be announced.
